We collect personal data only through our voluntary callback request form. The information collected is:

Your name: to address you correctly when we call
Your mobile number: the only channel we use to contact you
Monthly fuel volume estimate: to prepare a relevant quote before calling

We do not collect any other personal data. No email address, no payment details, no cookies beyond what your browser stores locally, and no tracking pixels.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used for one purpose only: to call you back and discuss your diesel delivery requirements. We do not:

Send unsolicited marketing messages
Share your data with any third party for marketing
Sell, lease, or trade your data

4. How We Process Form Submissions

Callback form submissions are sent to Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a form processing service, which forwards the submission to our operations inbox. Web3Forms stores submitted data on secure servers and is compliant with GDPR. No other third party receives your information.

5. Data Retention

Contact details submitted through the callback form are retained for a maximum of 90 days from submission, after which they are deleted. If we establish an ongoing business relationship, relevant contact details may be retained in our CRM for the duration of that relationship and deleted within 30 days of contract termination upon request.

6. Your Rights Under India's DPDP Act 2023

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct any inaccurate data
Erase your data (where we are not required by law to retain it)
Withdraw consent for future processing

We take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to protect your data. Callback form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and processed by a service that maintains industry-standard security controls. We do not store your data in spreadsheets or unencrypted local files.
